We have several services to offer:

Indoor Air Quality Testing

Southeastern Allergy Relief offers estimates/consultations which include particle tests taken throughout your home with a laser particle counter. This measure lets you know the concentration of particle contaminants in each room of your home. A comparison of this count with the outdoor count is then performed.

A mold count is then taken with petri dishes and allowed to incubate up to five days. These dishes show how many colonies of mold are cirulating in the most frequently used rooms of the home. The structure of the home is checked for possible water damage, duct separation, and other pollutant sources. Recommendations are then made as to how you can lower the count taken to your physician's specifications.

Duct Cleaning

	Southeastern Allergy Relief offers removal of contaminant buildup in HVAC systems by using the latest technology available. The complete duct system, including the indoor coil, the outdoor coil, the fan motor, plenum, trunks, and all runs are cleaned abd saitized to remove any microbial growth.
This not only removes dust, debris, mold spores, bacteria, fungi, and mildew; it also helps to restore HVAC system capacity and lessens running time, resulting in lower heating and cooling bills.

Duct Cleaning Training

SAR, Inc offers duct cleaning training seminars for those interested in going into the business, those already involved in duct cleaning who want to learn more, and employees of duct cleaning companies. When completed, the student should be ready to start their own business, market a business, quote residential and commercial jobs, and/or do their first duct cleaning. This three day course is taught approximately every eight weeks. The classes are currently held in Atlanta, GA.

Portable HEPA Units
SAR, Inc offer high-efficiency three stage air cleaners that can noticeably decrease allergy symptoms. They remove most allergens and many gases from the air you breathe. The units have easy-to-change filters, a variable speed control, metal cabinets and casters for easy portability.

Central HEPA Units

SAR, Inc sells and installs CAP100, 600, and 1200 size central filtration units manufactured by Abatement Technologies. These filters connect to your central HVAC system(s) and control bacteria, viruses, fungi, molds and mold odors, particulates, pet odors, cooking odors and tobacco smoke throughout your entire home. It easily adapts to most furnace systems. The unit does not reduce the HVAC system performance. It uses less electricity than two 100-watt light bulbs. The 600 and 1200 produce 99.97% filtration efficiency and are covered by a two-year warrantly and are certified for safe operation. Air exhausted from these devices is cleaner than the air in most hospital operating suites.

Ultra Violet Lighting
Southeastern Allergy sells and installs ultraviolet lighting. This lighting is installed in the supply duct aboce the evaporator coil of your HVAC system to kill airborne microbial contaminants break down VOCs and unpleasant odors as they ciruclate throught the system. This light works by preventing the growth of mold and bacteria inside the duct system.

The location of the light enables it to control the microbial growth at the components that are particularly susceptible to mold and fungal growth. Ultraviolet lighting may be installed into virtually any duct system.

Mold Remediation
Certified and implemented to the EPA guidelines.

Crawlspace Remediation
Southeastern Allergy removes all existing crawlspace surface coverings, treats the ground, walls, and ceiling of the space with a mold remover/inhibitor, and recovers the flooring of the space with durable plastic. The crawlspace is vented properly and dehumidification is implemented to discourage future mold growth.
